How do I return an item?
Should your timepiece be damaged in transit (we hope never) or there is some technical issue with your watch and you need to return it to us here is how you do that. Simply telephone or email us details are on the ‘Contact Us‘ page and we will provide further details.
We guarantee our product for 12 months from the date of purchase including the battery and will pay a full refund should the watch unfortunately develop a technical issue. If the watch is damaged by wear – please contact us and we can also provide a repair service for you at a small cost.
How do I request a refund?
If you need to request a refund simply contact us on the email address or telephone number provided on the ‘Contact Us‘ page and we will discuss the issue requiring a refund and arrange how to get your money back to you.
